Contact forms
If enabled, demo and early-access forms send your name, work email, firm, firm type, voice platforms, line range and optional roadmap interest to info@tradervoice.app for responding to your request. Do not submit sensitive trading or client data. Submission contents are not saved by this website adapter, but the receiving mailbox and mail infrastructure process and retain messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Essential security and measurement
Form pages set an essential, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie for 30 minutes to protect submissions. Short-lived keyed hashes of network address and email limit abuse for up to five minutes; expired database entries may remain until WordPress cleanup. The adapter keeps aggregate counts of requests accepted for email sending, not visitor profiles, page views or advertising identifiers. Counts do not establish inbox delivery. No third-party analytics account is connected. Hosting, security plugins and email providers may keep operational logs under their own settings.
External links and display preferences
Linked websites operate independently. Light and dark mode applies to the current page and is not stored by this adapter.
Interactive examples and downloads
The walkthrough and failure workflow use synthetic examples, not customer recordings. Choices stay in the current browser page; they are not sent to a service or saved in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Export creates a JSON file locally in your browser. Downloaded JSON and PDF files remain wherever you choose to save them. Example notifications do not send messages or create tickets. Download requests may appear in ordinary hosting logs.

Service-specific privacy information must identify the responsible legal entity and address, legal bases and jurisdictions, processors and transfers, mailbox retention schedule and rights request process.
