CONNECTORS / CLOUD9 FIRST

Start where the experience is.
Connect with purpose.

greenstar’s owned Cloud9 automation checks line functionality and voice recording. TraderVoice builds the broader assurance workflow from that foundation.

01 / IMPLEMENTATION CONVERSATION

The sequence matters.

01

Inventory the call path

Name the Cloud9 environment, line, direction, endpoint and recorder. Include ringdown or hoot topology and identify any intermediate recording service. Choose authorized synthetic-call endpoints.

02

Authorize the runner

Agree service identity, least-privilege permissions, test window, consent and operational owner. Keep credentials out of evidence packs and marketing forms. Separate permission to initiate a test from permission to retrieve recordings.

03

Resolve the recording

Trace the test call ID to recorder metadata and retrieve the expected channels. Check UTC clock alignment, duration, both legs and known-audio markers. Preserve a denied-access result distinctly from a missing record.

04

Follow the archive handoff

Map recorder IDs to archive IDs, ingest timing and retrieval interfaces. Agree which store is authoritative. Smarsh, Global Relay and NICE are archive targets on the roadmap; the actual route depends on your environment.

05

Review access and preservation

Grant scoped read access for agreed test evidence. Define tenant boundary, reviewer roles, export permissions, retention policy and legal-hold responsibilities. Review access revocation and deletion behavior before evaluation.

06

Accept the defined scope

Document the exact paths and checks, expected exceptions, routing owner and evidence export. Extend one tested boundary at a time, with a named owner for each new platform or archive.

02 / WHAT FOLLOWS

Voice connectors. Then the archive.

The connector roadmap starts Cloud9-first, then expands through generic SIP/PSTN and archive access, alongside IPC, BT, Teams, Zoom Phone and mobile capture. Vendor names are a starting point for discovery; product versions, topology and available interfaces determine the integration scope.

Notification destinations such as Teams and Slack are separate from recorded calling channels. A notification route does not establish that the underlying voice capture path is covered.
